Our goal is simple: help CNA students pass their certification exam on the first attempt by providing practice questions that accurately reflect the real exam in both content and difficulty.

Many of our foundational practice questions were developed with guidance from Winona Suzanne Ball, RN, MHS -- our Founding Nursing Adviser. Suzanne brought more than 30 years of clinical nursing experience, including extensive work in nursing homes and senior assisted living facilities, and helped establish the standards we use to evaluate CNA content for accuracy, practical relevance, and educational value.

Her work included researching state CNA exam requirements and National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) guidelines to identify topics most likely to appear on the exam. Today, our editorial team continues to review and update the question bank against current state requirements, NNAAP guidelines, and authoritative healthcare sources.

Each question is designed to:

Every practice question includes a “Found a mistake?” link that allows students to report potential errors or unclear wording. Our editorial team reviews each submission and:

• Investigates the reported issue against current sources
• Updates the question or rationale if an error is confirmed
• Clarifies wording if the question caused confusion
• Documents the change in our internal revision log

This feedback loop has helped us identify and correct hundreds of issues, making our question bank more accurate with each update.

Healthcare knowledge evolves, and so does our content. We update our practice questions when:

• State boards update CNA exam requirements or skill checklists
